I changed the layout for this site to black text on a white background, a default theme provided by blogdrive, but it keeps vacillating between the old layout and the new one. It's really irritating - any blogdrive members who know what's going on? I want to keep the new layout permanent; it's more readable.

Hi Gayle,
As your valuable postings increase in number, how about creating an index for all your archive article postings, otherwise it's so difficult to navigate by scrolling!

Few will disagree that Gayle Goh's blog pieces are truly samples of works of genius calibre in an otherwise intellectual desert, by comparison. Her existence is near miraculous in these times of ours. Like the geniuses of Da Vinci and the likes of him, she masterfully expounds the truths of life in an unusually candid manner, providing all who are willing to appreciate her genius very uplifting doses of loving and refreshing intellectual material.
For those who had been doing it, please stop suggesting to Gayle to join any political party. She is better off being herself.
Lastly, May there be no Internet blackout, for we will certainly miss you.

Are you trying to get Gayle into trouble? Haven't you noticed that people who join the opposition transform into unsavory characters like liars, cheats, flawed, gangsters and bullies. Just look at Gomez & Chee. Whereas, if she joins the PAP she will earn nothing but respect. | |

If there are one or 2 Gayles, the govt can handle it. But if there are 10 Gayles, the govt will have to spend so much time to 'fix' the situation instead of thinking of great PAP policies.
I'm SHOCKED, STUNNED and FLABAGASTED when I found out the Gayle is GEP material(Gifted Programme) ....the govt spend so much money with the goal of creating the next generation elite, and this is what they got! Saying they are DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. ....... | |

Honestly, I tried - to say something positive about the PAPmen. But I keep hearing this new MP, who just waltzed into parliament, saying:"Until I joined the grassroots organisation, I didn't know there were poor people in developed countries." aaa: I don't think "slamming back" is the right approach. That would miss the entire point. Besides, one doesn't throw pearls to the swine.
See the entire thing about being "pro-PAP", "pro-opposition" is pointless. One should post about issues, which may or may not be the PAP's stance.
After all, there are many issues where the PAP and opposition parties have common ground.

hi gayle, great stuff you have here. i'm not sure why your layout keeps changing, cos mine (i use blogdrive too) doesn't. perhaps you could check up the layout under the layout & design section? shouldn't be a problem.
oh and i was wondering if you'd post sth pro-PAP once in a while. surely they've done sth good for Singapore after all these years. might as well make everyone aware of the good and the bad right? happy writing! :) | |
